Chris has many years experience working in the field of physical therapy. Originally qualifying as a chartered physiotherapist in 1990 (Bath), he continued his studies at the college of osteopaths (London) qualifying there as an osteopath in 1996. His knowledge has developed through numerous postgraduate training courses, including cranial sacral technique, sports massage, muscle imbalance and core stability, harmonic technique, and applied kinesology.
Over the past 8 years he has extensively studied the Alexander technique and has attended a teacher-training programme. This is of particular relevance to musicians and athletes. Because of the diversity of Chris’s background he can offer a wide variety of bodywork skills and advice on preventative healthcare.
